To our knowledge, MyCoM is the first open-access software that explicitly models among co-inoculated AMF. Existing decision tools (e.g., MycoApply® selector) are rule-based only and ignore trait diversity. MyCoM’s FD-driven scoring reduces the risk of competitive exclusion among inoculated fungi, a known failure mode in multi-species products (Thonar et al., 2014). mycom selection software
