At its surface, INSIDE is a simple game. You control a young, unnamed boy in a red shirt. He runs, jumps, climbs, swims, and pushes objects. But from the opening frame—where the boy emerges from a dark thicket into a rain-soaked, monochromatic forest—it is clear this is no ordinary platformer.
