Some low-effort "protections" on AFH are not real encryption. The RAR header is simply modified. Try opening the RAR with instead of WinRAR. Then attempt to view the file list. If 7-Zip shows contents without a password, simply drag the files out. This works surprisingly often on AFH archives from 2015–2018.
