Incorrect kernel driver buffer size. Fix: Open the M-tech driver configuration tool → Increase the “buffer size” from 256 to 1024 bytes. Also, reduce the pulse frequency (testing at 25 kHz before moving to 50 kHz+). Newer Windows versions require WHQL-signed drivers
