: Unlike traditional mana systems, Monark uses a "Madness" meter. Using powerful abilities called "Authorities" increases your MAD percentage. If it hits 100%, your character enters a "Madness" state, gaining a temporary power boost but becoming uncontrollable and eventually falling in battle. MONARK v09.03.2022
