Before diving into downloads, it’s important to clarify: like the GTA games. There is no sequence of keys that instantly gives you infinite ammo. However, the PC version includes a developer console that allows you to enter specific commands—provided you know how to unlock it.
The in-game console commands do disable achievements on Steam. However, third-party trainers might prevent achievement triggers—though since Blood Money predates Steam Achievements (added later for the rerelease), you’re generally safe.
