A common complaint: "Video works perfectly, but there is no audio on Windows 11."

A: VLC uses DirectShow fallbacks; OBS requires a strict Video Capture Device feed. Run OBS as Administrator.

You should now see "USBTV007" or "EasyCAP Video Capture" under "Sound, video and game controllers." Open any capture software (OBS, VLC, AmCap). Select the device. If you see video, you have succeeded.
