This is the most common killer of old software. Windows 10 comes in 64-bit versions (and some 32-bit). However, many Macromedia Projectors created in the mid-90s were 16-bit applications. Modern 64-bit versions of Windows 10 have dropped support for 16-bit applications entirely. If you try to run a 16-bit Projector on a standard 64-bit Windows 10 installation, it simply won't launch.
