Rare, but possible. If your Skoda’s battery is dying, the control modules can boot up incorrectly. Low voltage can cause a temporary "incorrect version" panic in the system. Fix the battery, clear the code, and see if it returns.

The stabilizer link connects the suspension strut to the stabilizer bar (anti-roll bar). Its primary function is to transfer the movement of the suspension to the stabilizer bar.
