Ahsoka uses no lightsaber for the first 12 minutes. She tries to smuggle the child (a young girl named Cora) off-world. The Inquisitor—a former Jedi Temple Guard—corner them. Ahsoka pulls her shoto blade from a box of scrap metal. The fight is short and brutal. Ahsoka spares the Inquisitor, but she doesn’t execute him; she cuts off his saber hand and tells him to run. The final scene shows Ahsoka looking at a faded hologram of Anakin, tears welling as she whispers, “I’m sorry I couldn’t save you.” She boards a transport. The galaxy grows dark. Dooku confronts Sidious, intending to kill him. But Sidious does not fight. Instead, he talks . He shows Dooku records of Jedi Council members accepting bribes from the Trade Federation.
