This is the holy grail of "easy." You draw a character in Photoshop or Illustrator. You import it. You hit the record button. When you blink, the character blinks. When you talk, the mouth automatically syncs to your audio. You move your mouse like a hand puppet.

Instead of drawing the character 24 times per second, you draw the character once—broken into pieces (head, torso, arms, legs). You then import these pieces into animation software, connect them like a digital paper doll or a puppet, and simply move the pieces.
