Just as he hits a career low, Gru discovers he has a long-lost twin brother named Dru, who is charming, cheerful, wealthy, and boasts a full head of hair. Dru wants to team up with Gru for one last criminal heist to continue their father's legacy, forcing Gru to choose between his new life as a family man/secret agent and his old villainous roots.
