Jackie plays Ryo Saeba, a private detective (and shameless pervert) who operates in the Tokyo underworld. He is tasked with protecting a rich heiress, Kaori, on a luxury cruise liner. Naturally, a group of terrorists led by Richard Norton hijacks the ship.
