How To Reset Nokia G42 When Locked

Ensure the Nokia G42 is completely turned off. If the screen is frozen and you cannot swipe down to power off, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for about 15–20 seconds until the screen goes black. This forces a restart; once the screen goes black, release the buttons and ensure the phone stays off.
