When you hear the word "vulture," your mind might conjure images of grim reapers circling a sun-scorched desert. You think of death, decay, and perhaps the ugly underbelly of nature. But what if you were told that one species of vulture is so majestic, so powerful, and so crucial to our survival that it deserves the title of royalty? Enter the (often spelled Noble Vulture but historically referenced as Vultur Monarchus or the Cinereous Vulture).
