Depending on your OS and the version of the game you are running, your saves are usually in one of two places:

Many modern players use the Fate/Hollow Ataraxia Voice Patch (which adds Japanese voices from the PS Vita version). This patch sometimes corrupts save states. Having a backup 100% save file is the fastest way to recover. Fate Hollow Ataraxia Save Game
