Unlike its predecessors, Steel Titans introduces a complex physics engine. The trucks possess weight and momentum that feel tangible. The independent suspension systems—the defining characteristic of a monster truck—are modeled with surprising fidelity. Players cannot simply hold the throttle down; they must learn to manage the truck's tendency to wheelie, its susceptibility to rolling over, and the delicate balance required to land jumps without shattering the chassis.
