The v1.2.1a update stealth-changed the dealer’s logic. He now prioritizes using items to peek at shells during Round 3. If you see the dealer looking at the shotgun with a magnifying glass, he knows the next shell is live. He will never shoot himself with a known live shell. Force his hand by using a Cigarette Pack (heals 1 health) to buy time, forcing him to waste his knowledge on a blank.
