Created by "Silent," this is a massive bug fix collection. It fixes 100+ vanilla bugs (broken stealth, bad taxi missions, texture streaming crashes). It requires the original v1.0 memory layout.

Say what you will about the controversy, but the Hoodlum 1.0 US EXE is the only retail version that contains the fully intact “Hot Coffee” minigame code (just locked by a flag). Later patches removed the assets entirely.
