Some modding archives have preserved the patch for historical study. For example, the project (run by collectors) holds a clean copy, but access is restricted to researchers.
The patch also replaced the fake “PES League” and “WE League” with the Argentine league system, complete with correct promotion/relegation rules. Parche Historia de la AFA 1930 - 2011 -PES 2011--PC-.rar
