VC Deluxe usually comes with the radio stations, but sometimes the pathing breaks. Ensure the Audio folder contains a Cuts folder and CH_MUSIC streams. If you have the original Vice City disc, copy the Audio folder from that disc over the mod's audio folder for highest quality. gta vc deluxe setup
