RNA was extracted using the QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit (Qiagen) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Complementary DNA (cDNA) synthesis employed random hexamers and SuperScript IV reverse transcriptase. Library preparation used the Illumina Nextera XT kit, and paired‑end sequencing (2 × 150 bp) was performed on a MiSeq platform. Raw reads were quality‑filtered with Trimmomatic and assembled de novo using SPAdes. The final consensus genome was validated by Sanger sequencing of the 5′ and 3′ termini.
