Before going nude in public, look at photos of actual naturist events on Flickr or club websites. Look at the bodies. See the joy on their faces. Ask yourself: Are these people miserable? Are they being judged? They look happy. That could be you.

The June 4, 2013 pass was later cited in old naturist forums as one of the last "seasonal day passes" before Purenudism switched to monthly memberships in July 2013. No active links remain. Screenshots of the pass occasionally resurface on naturist history blogs.

Look up a club affiliated with AANR (in the US) or INF (internationally). Call them. Let them know you are a nervous first-timer. Reputable clubs have "ambassadors" who will walk you through the etiquette. (Rule #1: Sit on a towel. Rule #2: Don't stare. Rule #3: Relax.)
