Your vendor will email you a .lic file. Place it inside the \Program Files\Seagull\license\ folder.

In essence, it acts as a "traffic cop" for your software tools. A pool of licenses is installed on a central server. When an employee on a client machine launches a SmartBear tool (or any compatible application), the software "checks out" a license from the Seagull server.
