Install only the single-player part of the repack. Most FitGirl releases offer that choice in the main setup.
You cannot open or "extract" part 08 by itself. To use the content, you must have all parts of the "optional-multiplayer-files" set in the same folder as the main setup files. setup-fitgirl-optional-multiplayer-files.part08...
