Fourteen-year-old Mouse (Jahi Di’Allo Winston) is caught between two paths: the straight-and-narrow future his mother and a local cop (Will Catlett) envision for him, and the high-stakes, adrenaline-fueled life of the Midnight Clique, an infamous dirt-bike crew. Seeking a mentor after his brother’s death, Mouse is taken under the wing of Blax (Meek Mill), the Clique’s leader, only to find himself entangled in a world of fast money and violence.
