Thonny opens, but says "Cannot find Python interpreter" or shortcuts break. Why? Thonny portable uses relative paths internally. However, if you manually linked external folders, those break. Fix: Always use relative paths for your scripts. Keep your scripts inside the same USB root as the Thonny folder.
