The final few events are brutally hard, specifically the "Armed and Dangerous" Hot Pursuit events where you face 10 cops with spike strips. A 100% save lets you skip the frustration and enjoy the sandbox.
All single-player Racer and Cop events are already completed with Gold or Distinction ratings.
Turn Cloud Saves back ON. When the EA app asks "Which save do you want to keep? Local or Cloud?" select (this is your new 100% file) and upload it to the cloud.
