Twenty years ago, the gaming industry was in a very different place. We were deep into the "gory but serious" era of Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 . Then, out of left field, Running With Scissors dropped a game so offensive, so broken (on purpose?), and so absurdly hilarious that it was banned in multiple countries.
