If you go into Abigail knowing only one thing—"the little ballerina vampire girl"—you’ve already bought the right ticket. But what directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (the Ready or Not and Scream team) deliver is far more clever than the B-movie premise suggests.
