The S460 has both ports.
The Microtek ScanMaker S460 is built like a tank. The CCD sensor does not degrade like CIS scanners. If the scanner powers on (green light) but the lamp (carriage) does not move, you likely have a seized carriage slide. This is not a driver issue. Unplug the unit, open the lid, and gently manually move the carriage back and forth to loosen old lubricant.
