Forza Motorsport 3 was never released for PC. It is an Xbox 360 exclusive from 2009. There is no official PC version, installer, or launcher from Microsoft or Turn 10 Studios.

Even on high-end PCs, you will encounter graphical glitches (missing car shadows, skybox errors) and occasional crashes. Forza 3 is "playable" on Xenia, but not perfect.
