The Pond has raised over $40,000 for the Sea Turtle Conservancy through charity streams. They have a yearly "Shell-ebration" where viewers send in photos of their own pets (turtles, dogs, cats, snails—anything slow is welcome). The inside jokes are legion. If a game crashes, chat spams "Turtle Mode." If GG makes a clever play, they spam "Shell Yeah."
