Cutscenes have no audio at all. Solution: Your patch files are corrupt. Download from a different source. Also, check that your Windows audio format is set to 24-bit, 48000 Hz (the game’s native sample rate).

The patch will contain a folder structure like Game\Audio\Localized\US . Drag the US folder into your game’s Localized directory. If prompted, overwrite existing files (usually PC_WwiseBank.pck and VO_*.wem files). Terminator Salvation English Language Patch
